SHIPPING
All shipping is via UPS. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, or to APO or PFPO addresses. Maryland sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to a Maryland address.
Standard Delivery (1-2 Day Ground) may be used year round to the following states: CT, DE, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, WV, VT & the District of Columbia (DC). 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are also available for an additional charge (see shipping chart).
All other states not listed above must be sent via 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
Orders received after 12 p.m. EST may not ship until the next shipping day. We ship Monday through Wednesday via Standard 2-Day and 2nd Day Air. Standard 1-Day and Next Day Air deliveries are shipped Monday through Thursday. If you require a Saturday delivery orders must be sent Next Day Air on Friday (an additional $15.00 charge will apply). Advance orders are welcomed and will be shipped on the day specified by the customer.
Important Weather Note: During warm weather and when shipping to warm climates, we will include special insulating wrap and ice packing to protect your chocolates at no additional charge.
We strongly suggest that you verify that someone will be home to receive your package in order to reduce the risk of items being exposed to the elements (sunlight, heat, moisture).

SHIPPING
Order Tracking
All orders placed online will automatically receive an email with tracking information directly from UPS when the order ships as well as another email the moment the order is delivered. The email will be sent to the address used to place the order.
Saturday Delivery
If you require Saturday delivery, please call us to place your order. (Note: there will be a $15 shipping surcharge.)
Advance Delivery
If you'd like us to deliver your order on a specific day, please specify the day/date in the Advance Delivery field on the CHECKOUT page.
In Store Pickup
If you choose In Store Pickup, please specify where you'd like to pick up your order (Timonium or Baltimore) and when you'd like to pick it up (allow 24 hours) in the Pickup Day and Pickup Location fields on the CHECKOUT page.
Gift Note
If you'd like us to include a gift note with your order, please include the note in the Gift Note field on the CHECKOUT page.

All transactions are processed on a secure server using a certificate from RapidSSL (a division of GeoTrust).
