Glarus Chocolatier is a traditional Swiss chocolate company offering handmade, fresh-cream truffles, Swiss-style assorted chocolates, and other specialties. We have crafted our recipes to be Swiss traditional and make each of our chocolates by hand without the use of preservatives, high fructose corn syrups, or anything artificial.
Our approach is a "back to basics" one. We have decided to take a step backwards by creating and tempering our chocolates by hand, making in small batches, and using little to no machinery. Though more labor intensive, our ideals have led us to manufacture our chocolates the way they were made fifty years ago.
Various cultures are recognized for their expertise in certain trades. The Swiss have perfected the art of chocolate making and are pioneers in the field. Our mission is to bring this same standard of excellence to our customers.
Our pledge is to offer our customers the best they can get. Fresh confections are more and more sought after, proving consumers today have higher standards and are becoming more educated by the wide variety of specialty items available to them.
We began our business with a key goal in mind: to share our passion with customers and to reveal the absolute truth; quality chocolates are far better tasting in their purest form.
